Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients:

– 3 tbs oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 slice bacon, thinly sliced
– 8 oz fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 3 eggs, beaten
– 4 cups cooked rice
– 2 tbs fish sauce
– 1 tbs soy sauce
– 1/2 tbs sugar
– 1/4 tsp white sugar
– 1/2 cup sliced onion
– 1 scallion, chopped



Directions:

– Heat wok until smoking then add oil and garlic.
– Stir-fry 1 minute, then add eggs and scramble till cooked.
– Add rice, fish and soy sauces, sugar, and white pepper.
– Stir-fry until hot, then add onion and scallion.
– Serve.
